Bigfoot Raises Money for "Boys and Girls Club"

We may not be able to find a clear picture of Bigfoot, but we can find him doing good. Which is exactly what we have here, or at least a statue of Bigfoot doing good.

Dan McCauley, a local artist in Humboldt, Ohio, created a massive 500-pound Bigfoot statue created from scrap pipes, saw blades, mufflers and an assortment of other metal pieces. He then raffled off the impressive construct to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of the Redwoods.

How much did he raise? An impressive $1661.00.

McCauley stated, "It's about the children."

The Boys and Girls Club of the Redwoods is a youth development program for youth ages 6 to 18 in the Humboldt County area. According to their website, they served nearly 4,000 area youth in 2014.
